Geo&Logic GIS Solutions LLC has developed a state of the art SMS Gateway which is integrated with GeoMama vehicle tracking system.
GeoMama SMS Messaging Server is an SMS framework that enables GeoMama users to send, receive and process SMS.
The framework is designed to support virtually any scenario where low-and high volume SMS messaging is used. SMS Messaging supports GSM Modems, GSM Phones and SMPP 3.x protocols.
The SMS Gateway is divided into two major components namely
a) Outbound SMS (Outgoing SMS from GeoMama Alert Center to the client mobile numbers)
Outbound system integrates the SMS Gateway with GeoMama Alert center for alerts and emergency situations sends SMS on time to the pre-defined contacts given by clients.

Our SMS gateway supports inbound/incoming SMS queries from registered GeoMama customers. SMS send in predefined format to GeoMama SMS Center will be interpreted and the response to the query will be send back to the customer.
For example, GeoMama clients who have availed the inbound SMS system can type a message e.g. DXB G 12345? to GeoMama SMS short code and the system will reply to client via SMS ‘DXB G 12345 traveling at 70Km/hr in Al Karama, Dubai’

2.Integrated sim card management
GeoMama SIM card management is part of the GeoMama system which deals with the overall management of data and voice SIM cards used for vehicle tracking.
SIM card management system is designed to carry out all activities related to SIM card/GSM number distribution issues, allotment to particular devices, and to maintain accounts through a central database server.
The purpose of SIM card management is to manage the SIM cards from various GSM providers, manage the billing, GPRS data usage, private and public APN names, IP addresses, GPRS Sessions, roaming charges etc.

- SIM Card linking & Search module
SIM card linking module links the SIM cards with APN (either private or public) to the device installed in the vehicle. A private static IP address can be linked with each SIM cards when the private APN is used. SIM cards can be searched based on vehicle, client, device serial number, ip address etc.
- Analysis Module
This is the central part of the whole SIM management system which pulls the data usage from the GPRS session, compares the roaming charges & other charges from the invoice and generates an analysis report based on the actual usage vs billing from the provider.
